I received this in a timely manner but it was missing 1 cigar. I got ahold Cigar Club Support and had a confirmation that the missing one was coming within 5 min. Great customer service and excited to try these out.

Great cigar selection at a very fair price. Order shipped and arrived quickly, well packaged and without any damage. One cigar was missing in the sampler but support sent a replacement within hours of me emailing them, no questions asked. Great customer service!
