How does the subscription work?
During signup you will take a short quiz about your taste palate and preferences. Based on your answers, our tobacconists select the best cigars for your unique profile. Your first box ships within a few days of ordering, and boxes continue monthly, quarterly, or bi-monthly depending on your club, unless you decide to pause or cancel.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. There is no obligation when you sign up. You can cancel or pause at any time by emailing support@cigarclub.com or logging into your subscription portal directly. You can also skip months, change your cigar quantity, or adjust your strength settings from your account.
When do boxes ship?
Your first box ships immediately. Recurring orders are billed on the 5th of each month and we begin fulfilling in the second and third weeks of the month. For example, if you sign up January 15th, your next charge is February 5th, with your box shipping mid-February.
What is the 100% Discovery Guarantee?
If we ever send you a selection that misses the mark, arrives dry, or is damaged, we will replace it free in your next shipment. Just contact us at support@cigarclub.com with a description and a photo if the cigar appears damaged.
What brands should I expect?
We have shipped over 500 brands and counting. Our focus is boutique and harder-to-find cigars, though we mix in legacy brands too. Expect a good balance, with an emphasis on discovery over the familiar.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and its territories, with the exception of South Dakota and Utah. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I join more than one club?
Yes. Many of our members belong to more than one club. Explorer, BLACK, and Customs are independent subscriptions and can be combined however you like.
What is your return policy?
All orders are backed by our 100% Discovery Guarantee. We typically do not provide refunds, but please contact us if you feel you are owed one. Refunds on prepaid subscriptions such as gifts are prorated based on the number of boxes already shipped.
